FAQ'sWhat is One Business IDThe ONE Business ID gives your organisation its own unique access to Volkswagen Group’s EU Data Act B2G services for public authorities. Once you have set up your organisation data once and created a ONE Business ID, you can manage your access centrally and log in to digital services such as request creation or request management.What is considered an emergency request?A public emergency is a temporary exceptional situation that negatively impacts the population (in a Member State or part thereof) and poses a serious risk to living conditions, economic or financial stability in the Union or the affected Member State.
